Massachusetts Tests for Educator Licensure (MTEL)

New Alternative Assessments

We are excited to share an update on the availability of approved MTEL alternative assessments. As candidates register and take these alternative assessments, results will be electronically and securely sent to the Department.

The Department has approved the following alternative assessments and qualifying scores from Educational Testing Service (ETS):
