Why do I have to click on the "Go" arrow in order to get to the next page?
The technology that automatically take a user to the selected page is called an event handler. This particular event handler is inaccessible for users with disabilities because it prevents the use of keyboard-only navigation. The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's websites comply with Commonwealth Accessibility Standards which prohibit use of device dependant event handlers. See Standard 2.2 for more information.
