International Dyslexia Association
Find a definition of dyslexia, International Dyslexia Association (IDA) locations, conferences, discussion forums, some resource information in Spanish, assistive technology (AT) resources listed by categories (i.e. reading, math, organization skills, etc.), and information about AT products (pictures, cost, manufacture information, etc.).
Learning Disabilities
Find resources for adults and children including Yellow Pages/directory, LD store, a definition of LD and articles on non-verbal learning disabilities, and a link to the Learning Disabilities Association of America (LDA) for information on adults with LD.
National Institute for Literacy (NIFL)
Find resources including Bridges to Practice (can be downloaded for free), discussion listserv, online trainings, research-based topics in reading and literacy, and screening and assessment (At the home page, click on Bridges to Practice, then Special Collections, then How do I find out if I have LD?).
