    The Story of Family Literacy is a Story of Family Success is a 17 minute video developed by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the Massachusetts Family Literacy Consortium (MFLC). The story is primarily told through the voices of parents and their own personal experiences. The purpose of the video is to provide information and awareness about family literacy and its importance, benefits and impact on families. Audiences for this video may include, but are not limited to: policymakers; community leaders; local businesses; potential providers (school district staff both administrative and direct service, community based organizations, social service agencies, etc.), parents as a recruitment tool; and the general public. Please feel free to make copies of this video to share with other interested parties.
