Licensure Call Center staff are working hard to ensure you receive thorough, accurate answers to all your licensure questions. Recent feedback from surveys indicate we are making great strides towards that goal:
- This was one of the greatest customer service calls that I have ever made, for any reason. She was informative, went above and beyond to help me figure out my problem, and expedited the process to help me without having been asked. VERY thankful and impressed!
- The licensure specialist that answered my call actually suggested that I stay on the line, and get on my computer so that she could walk me through the process and make sure things looked correct from her end. I was amazed. It was very helpful and reassuring to be offered that kind of assistance!
- Every single one including todays specialist has been so kind, positive , thorough, and asked me if there is anything else they can do for me. Truly fantastic team!!
