Help Shape E-rate Reform with this Survey by the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN)

In partnership with The School Superintendents Association (AASA), the Consortium for School Networking (CoSN) is conducting a voluntary survey of school districts across the country about the federal E-rate program and other programs to improve school infrastructures for digital learning. CoSN's goal is to provide feedback to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), the U.S. Department of Education, Congress, and others on the current state of EdTech and E-rate reform. This year's survey will also provide information on home access to broadband as the FCC reforms its Lifeline Program for Low-Income Consumers. Please limit responses to one per district and contact K12Infrastructure@gmail.com with questions or concerns. This survey is voluntary and not connected to the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Your answers will be anonymous unless you choose to answer the two optional demographic questions. CoSN will only include aggregate data in the report.
