The Office for College, Career, and Technical Education (CCTE) will be revising "selected" vocational frameworks during the summer of 2019, during Phase 1 of a multi-year Vocational Framework Revision Project.
During the months of May and June 2019, CCTE will recruit and collect applications from Subject Matter Experts (SME's) that will work on teams to revise the applicable vocational technical framework.
Subject Matter Experts include vocational technical teachers, academic teachers, counselors and administrators, who hold Professional Licensure and have a minimum of 5 years' experience working in that role. SME's will be chosen based on the "selected" vocational frameworks to be revised. If there are more SME's applicants for a specific vocational framework being revised than can be placed on the team, evaluative criteria will be implemented to score and select SME's to participate on the vocational framework team. Applicants will require Superintendent Endorsement.
A consultant will be hired by July 1, 2019 to work in collaboration with the Office for College, Career and Technical Education to execute Phase 1.
