OASES Purchasers' Meeting Information

Purchasers' Meetings for 2019-2020 Reconstructions

Purchasers who received a letter of invitation to a 2019-2020 purchasers' meeting for one or more of the approved special education schools' reconstructions are asked to either attend in person at the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education's offices in Malden or participate via conference call.

For those that plan to participate by conference call, the dial-in information is as follows:

Please plan to call in at the time and date from your letter of invitation.

As a reminder, you may request an electronic copy of the presentation no less than 24 hours in advance by following the instructions in the letter you received. For those purchasers unable to attend or call in to the meeting, please email any written questions or comments regarding the proposed changes to joanne.morris@doe.mass.edu within five school working days of the date of the Purchasers' Meeting. You must also submit a copy of your questions or comments to the Executive Director of the agency.
