Our Educator Licensure and Renewal (ELAR) system will be unavailable from 9:00 a.m. on April 25 until May 2 while we move data into the new ELAR system that will launch on May 2. Thank you for your patience.

All LEAs will be required to submit an updated Special Education Program Plan Statements (SEPPS) for FY23 which must be approved before your FY23 IDEA grants can be approved.

Please email the signed program plan statements to specialeducation@doe.mass.edu . If you have any questions regarding the Special Education Program Plan Statements (SEPPS), please see the Department's SEPPS webpage or contact the Office of Special Education Planning and Policy at specialeducation@doe.mass.edu .
