Update on score report delays for Middle School Humanities (76)

We are writing to make you aware that the Middle School Humanities MTEL (76) score reports will be delayed beyond the originally anticipated timeline of five months from the implementation of the revised test. The Qualifying Score Conference was originally scheduled for the week of November 6th, anticipating that the Commissioner would receive a cut score recommendation to be able to make a cut score determination in mid-December. Due to an insufficient number of committee members, the Conference was unable to be held in November. We are actively recruiting additional committee members for the reschedule Qualifying Score Conference and anticipate holding the rescheduled Conference at the end of January. As a result, we anticipate score reports becoming available in early March.
