As part of the Massachusetts Comprehensive System of Personnel Development activities, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has posted the following RFRs on the Comm-PASS Procurement Access and Solicitation System:

RFR - 08SEPAJ1: The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking multiple vendors to provide quality professional development related to special education programmatic and regulatory issues in the areas of:

Assessing English Language Learners (ELL) with Disabilities
Effective Evaluation of Special Education Programs
IEP Team Facilitation Skills
Managing Behavior in an Inclusive Classroom
Occupational Therapy Services in Educational Settings
Strategies for Students with Sensory Integration Dysfunction in an Inclusive Classroom
Developing the Socialization Skills of Students with ASD in Inclusive Classroom
Sustaining Braille Proficiency of Licensed Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments

The audience for the professional development will be special and general education administrators, educators, paraprofessionals, and parents.
