As part of its Special Education Surrogate Parent Program activities, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education has posted the following RFR on the Comm-PASS Procurement Access and Solicitation System: RFR - 08SEPMM1: The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education is seeking a vendor to recruit, train, appoint, and support individuals willing to act in the role of "surrogate parents" for the purpose of special education decision-making.
