Reimbursement Rates Effective July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009
We have been advised by the United States Department of Agriculture of the following adjustments to the National Average Payments available to Child and Adult Care Food Program centers for the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009

For Family and Group Day Care Homes
We wish to inform Sponsoring Agencies operating Family and Group Day Care Homes participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program during the period July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 that the Food Service Payments for meals served to eligible children shall be as follows:

The new maximum monthly Administrative payments to sponsoring organizations for day care homes for the period of July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009 are determined by multiplying the number of day care homes by the applicable rate listed below:
Initial 50 homes by $101.00 per home
Next 150 homes by $77.00 per home
Next 800 homes by $60.00 per home
Additional homes by $53.00 per home.
At no time will the administrative reimbursement exceed 30% of the total amount of administrative payments and food service payments for day care home operation; or 42.85% of the food service payments to Family Day Care Homes; or the approved budget.
