2008-2009 Application Cycle Update

Of the seven groups that submitted prospectuses, three have been invited to submit final applications, due on November 14, 2008. The proposed schools invited to submit full applications are: Academy for Math, Science, and World Studies Charter School, serving students in grades 6-12 from Leicester, Oxford, and Worcester. Enrollment capacity: 585. Gloucester Community Arts Charter School, serving students in grades K-8 from Gloucester. Enrollment capacity: 210. Rediscovery Academy Charter School, serving students in grades 9-12 from throughout the Commonwealth. Enrollment capacity: 150.
