I am pleased to report that the following fall 2008 MEPA results will be posted at www.mcasservicecenter.com on January 14:

  • School Rosters (student scaled score and performance-level results)
  • Student-level data files (available to superintendents and principals)

No printed results are provided for the fall MEPA. Results will be reported with the spring 2009 MEPA results.

How to Access MEPA Results

Superintendents are authorized to access results for their district and schools; each principal is allowed to access results for his or her school. To access the preliminary results, please use the MCAS/MEPA password that was mailed to you on January 2, 2009. For assistance downloading data from the MCAS Service Center website, please call the MCAS Service Center at 800-737-5103.

Reporting Data Discrepancies: January 14 - February 13

Please examine your results carefully for the following:

  • missing or incorrect SASID
  • missing or inaccurate test results

Please report these cases to the MCAS Service Center at 800-737-5103 by 5 p.m., Friday, February 13.

Analyzing MEPA Results

Beginning January 16, the latest version of TestWiz will be available at www.testwiz.com/mass/update.html. You will need to install the latest version in order to import the data files. The files also may be read using Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software.
