The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education seeks comments on the Draft Vocational Technical Education Framework titled Construction Craft Laborer, which is posted at http://www.doe.mass.edu/cte/frameworks/craftlaborer.docx.

This Vocational Technical Education Framework when approved, will serve as the basis for developing curriculum for a new high school Chapter 74-approved vocational technical education program in the construction craft laborer occupation.
