Message to all ESE staff:Executive Department Employee Storm Notification

To:All ESE Staff
From:Governor's office
Date:2/10/10

"Governor Patrick has directed that non-emergency Executive Branch employees working or residing in Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable, Norfolk, Dukes or Nantucket counties should not report to their workplaces today. Remaining non-emergency personnel will be released at noon. Agencies should be flexible in allowing employees to use their paid leave balances for the period preceding the noon release." Please note that Malden is in Middlesex County and the ESE will therefore be open for usual business until noon today. Employees not living or working in Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable, Norfolk, Dukes or Nantucket Counties should plan to report to work until noon, or contact their administrators to request to use their accrued leave time. Please plan to contact any outside groups with which you have planned meetings for this afternoon to cancel. The Governor's message will also appear on our website.
