Final Application Support and Opposition Materials

In accordance with the requirements of MGL Chapter 71 Section 89 as amended by Section 7 of Chapter 12 of the Acts of 2010(h), all material in support of or in opposition to each final application to be considered by the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education on February 23, 2010, is now available. All material, including written comment and an audio recording of each public hearing conducted in December 2009 is available on DVD by contacting 781-338-3227 or charterschools@doe.mass.edu.
