Student Transfer Policy

Dear Program Directors,
In the coming weeks, there may be adult learners seeking to enroll in your program from another Community Adult Learning Center. This email serves to remind you that you are required to prioritize the enrollment of adult learners who seek to transition from a currently or previously funded Learning Center to your program.
The transfer of student information from one program to another can be easily done by typing in the student's name in the "Phase 1" student intake screen. It is important to correctly input the student's name. The student's record will appear and will be sent over to your program making it unnecessary to repeat assessments.
Thank you for your assistance in making it possible for adult learners to continue the pursuit of their educational goals.
