Greetings! I am providing you with information about the release of results for ELL students who recently took the ACCESS for ELLs tests. The ACCESS for ELLs reporting schedule published last September in the Requirements for the Participation of English Language Learners in ACCESS for ELLs (2012-2013 Update) has been revised, due to the extension of the test administration window because of storm-related school closings. The updated reporting schedule is below:

2013 ACCESS for ELLs Reporting Schedule

April 22ELL students' demographic data (based on March SIMS) will be posted to the MetriTech website for review and validation.

Principals will receive two separate emails with login information.
