FY2014-FY2017 ABE Open and Competitive Requests for Proposals (RFPs)-Services in the City of Springfield

Adult and Community Learning Services (ACLS) has released its FY14 Adult Basic Education Open and Competitive Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Community Adult Learning Center funding (fund codes 345, 340, 359 http://www.doe.mass.edu/grants/grants14/rfp/340-345-359.html) and Adult Career Pathways funding (fund codes 540, 541 http://www.doe.mass.edu/grants/grants14/rfp/540-541.html ) for the Hampden region of the state for services in the City of Springfield where the total funding needs to be rebid due to the closing of the currently funded Community Adult Learning Center.

Successful applicants will receive a multi-year grant award beginning in FY14. All grant renewals are subject to the continuance of federal authorizing legislation, future appropriations, and demonstration of satisfactory performance.

Applicants are encouraged to attend the Bidders' Conferences and related SMARTT trainings to understand the requirements of the RFPs.
