How to Request a Certificate

If you attended Student Government Day 2013 and you did not receive a certificate signed by your senator and representative, you can request one. Please send the following information to Anne Ziaja at Anne.Ziaja@masenate.gov by April 15:
  1. Your first and last name
  2. Your complete home address
  3. School that you attend
A certificate will be mailed to your home.
