ACCUPLACER Training Webinars
September 12, 2013
Dear Program Directors,
As announced last spring, the ACCUPLACER test is now available to Community Adult Learning Centers for free. ACLS is offering this service to support programs ability to measure students' college readiness. ACCUPLACER provides placement tests which deliver scores used by community colleges. It also contains Diagnostic versions of most tests which provide in-depth analysis of individual and class performance which can, in turn, be used to drive instruction and intervention. The Placement tests include:
- Reading Comprehension*
- Sentence Skills*
- Elementary Algebra*
- College Level Math
*Has a Diagnostic version
ACCUPLACER Guide for Community Adult Learning Centers. It gives a brief overview of why and who to give the tests to and links to the ACCUPLACER website. All ACCUPLACER tests are on the computer.
