4. What is the best way to browse/navigate this site?

There are several methods for navigating:

• "Select Program Area" Dropdown Menu - if you know exactly what section of our site you want, this is the fastest way to get there.

• Hierarchical Navigation - The top of each page contains three-tiered hierarchical menus to represent the structure of our site. If you do not know exactly what you are looking for, this is the best method for browsing the site.

• Sub Navigation - The left side of the interface is reserved for sub site navigation. These menus are context-specific to the page subject matter.

• Site Map - This is a graphical representation of our site's structure with active links
