Please phone (781) 338-3000 to use the automated phone service (option "2") to access many of the same services available through Educator Licensure and Recruitment (ELAR), our online database.
If you are still in need of assistance, you may contact one of our customer service representatives who will use the same services available on the web to assist you. Please call the Licensure Call Center at (781) 338-6600 Monday through Friday from 8:45 am - 5:00 pm. The Call Center's extended hours will take place until June 30th. We will resume our normal business hours (9:00-4:45) after June. Due to the high volume of calls we receive at the call center you may experience extended hold time. Please plan accordingly.
You may also choose to visit our walk-in Customer Service Counter located on the first floor at 75 Pleasant Street in Malden, M-F from 8:45 a.m. - 4:45 p.m.
