Purpose / Priorities:The purpose of this RFP is to administer state legislative earmarks to Public School districts as outlined in the FY2019 state budget.
Eligibility:As outlined in the FY2019 state budget language associated with the DESE admin account: 7010-0005.
Funding Type:State Funded Legislative Earmark
Funding: $12,988,711

Funding is contingent upon availability. All dollar amounts listed are estimated/approximate and are subject to change. If more funding is to become available it will be distributed under the same guideline as listed in the initial RFP document.

Project Duration: 7/1/2018 – 6/30/2019

Submission Instructions:

  2. Register to the Funding Opportunity: ESE - FY19 Fund Code 192 Special Support Earmarks (7010-0005 / State)
  3. Create the project and name it "FY19 192 Applicant / LEA Name"
