As we approach the start of the new school year, it is important that all contact information for your district and schools are up to date. For your information, the listing of job titles maintained in directory administration is attached. This information must be updated through the security portal within the directory administration application. The listing of school district staff that should be contacted to update this information can be found at the following link: http://www.doe.mass.edu/infoservices/data/diradmin/list.asp.Other updates such as school openings/closings, name changes or grade configurations are handled by ESE directly and require written approval from your district. The approval forms are located here: www.doe.mass.edu/infoservices/data/diradmin/. Please be sure to fill them out completely and sign them before faxing. In addition to the above, we would also like to inform you of two new functions within DA that are available for you to assign contacts to: - District Early Childhood Coordinator
- District After-School and Out-of-School Time Coordinator
- District Data Coordinator
Assigning contacts to these functions will ensure all ESE correspondence will be sent to the appropriate staff in your district.
