The following document provides information on the EPIMS Summary Reports available to districts, after they submit the EPIMS collection. You can find these reports in the Reports Summary Reports of the EPIMS application. It is very important for districts to carefully review the data in these reports, before deciding to certify their collections.
For general information about the reports, view the description of each report below.

Report 1: EPIMS/EPIMS Comparison
This report provides a comparison of the current EPIMS collection to the prior EPIMS collection. The report summarizes, for this reporting period and last reporting period, the full-time equivalent (FTE) for each job classification (WA07) and in some cases, such as the paraprofessional category, the assignment code (WA08). The FTE is calculated, based on active terms at the time of the collection.
The difference between the two is displayed as well as the percent change. When the percent change is 20% or greater, and there is a minimum count of 10 in the current FTE column, the row is highlighted for district review. This report is a useful tool for finding any potential errors or omissions in the EPIMS collection.
Report 2: Teacher District Summary
This report groups teachers first by core academic subject and then by grade. It summarizes the total FTE, FTE of licensed teachers, and percent of licensed teachers by subject and by grade. In addition, it summarizes the total classes taught, the classes taught by highly qualified teachers, and the percent of classes taught by highly qualified teachers, for both this reporting period and last reporting period, by subject only. The FTE is calculated, based on active terms at the time of the collection.
Report 3: Teacher: District Summary by School
This report provides the same data as the Teacher: District Summary report but groups the teachers by the schools in which they work. The FTE is calculated, based on active terms at the time of the collection.
Report 4: All Staff Report
This report provides a listing of staff reported with an active status, for each term reported (SR09 = 01-working, 02-on paid leave, 03-on unpaid leave, and 04- exited.) The individuals are grouped at the district level, followed by a listing for each school. Within the district and school groups, staff are grouped by job classification (WA07) and then sorted by last name.
Report 5: Exited and On Leave Staff
This report provides a listing of staff reported with an inactive status (SR09 = 02-on paid leave, 03-on unpaid leave, or 04-exited).
