FY20 EdGrants Front Office User Certification — Action Required

Hello,

This email is intended for Business office managers and / or Finance Directors.

The Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), Grants Management office is requesting that EdGrants Front Office users are verified and certified by the Applicant / LEA.

In EdGrants, Applicant is the LEA or Organization name. People registered as users associated with the Applicant are referred to as "Front Office Users" by DESE but within the EdGrants software, they are labeled as Children Registrants of the Applicant.

1. Please use the "How to Verify EdGrants Front Office Users for an Applicant / LEA" document attached to log into EdGrants Front Office and verify the users associated with your organization.

2. Please complete and return the EdGrants Front Office User Certification Form to edgrants@doe.mass.edu by Friday, September 27, 2019.

3. If the EdGrants Front Office User Certification Form indicates that modifications to existing users are needed, please also fill out the EdGrants Front Office User Request form on the second tab of the certification form document. Applicant / LEA information entered at the top of the certification form will auto-populate onto the User Request form for you.

4. This certification as well as any modification requests, as always, should come from the finance / business office manager. We will also accept this information from organization Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents and Executive Directors as indicated in the EdGrants User Security Controls.
