PSM Group B - Integrated Monitoring Training

Every three years the Office of Public School Monitoring (PSM) conducts a review in the areas of special education and civil rights through a process called Integrated Monitoring Review (IMR). This year, PSM will conduct approximately 114 reviews; your school district is scheduled for an IMR-Group B review during the 2026-2027 school year.

All districts scheduled for a TFM-Group B review during the 2025-2026 SY will conduct a civil rights self-assessment through the Web-Based Monitoring System (WBMS). To assist your staff with the IMR civil rights self-assessment process, PSM is offering training sessions via Zoom this year. During this training, we will also go over a pre-review checklist to support your staff as they prepare for the special education component of the IMR. We recommend that your district’s Director of Special Education, district-wide Civil Rights Coordinator, and other key administrative staff members register and attend.
