Chronically Underperforming District Turnaround Receivers: Request for Information

District Turnaround Receivers are individuals or non-profit organizations that offer statewide education improvement services to manage and operate chronically underperforming (Level 5) districts. A Request for Information (RFI) is now posted to solicit information from individuals or non-profit organizations that may have the expertise, capacity, and interest in serving as a chronically underperforming receiver, should one or more districts be designated as chronically underperforming.

For more information and to view the RFI, visit the posting on Massachusetts' procurement system, COMMBUYS.
