Description: Adult ed grantees must comply with the terms, conditions, and regulations accompanying the grant award, accept full legal responsibility for the administration of the project, and meet all stated performance requirements. What does supplement not supplant mean? What are allowable costs ? Unallowable costs? What is included in indirect costs (IDC)? How do I get an indirect cost rate? Join us to learn the answers to these and other questions and leave knowing the rules for spending your adult ed grants.
