This memo serves as notification of the Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) and schools eligible and potentially eligible to participate in Community Eligibility Provision (CEP). The attached list identified student percentages are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect the actual, verified numbers at the LEAs. If a LEA or individual site within the LEA applies to participate in CEP, data may be updated during the approval process.
