We are proposing revisions to the Bilingual Education Guidelines and are seeking public comment on these revisions. Based on external feedback, we are removing the 75-hour field-based experience as a requirement for an approved program. The field-based experience is a licensure requirement and can therefore be completed outside an approved program. Please provide your feedback in this public comment survey by Monday, May 16th, 2023.
