The Department has moved to 135 Santilli Highway in Everett. The Department's office and Licensure Welcome Center are open. The new location has free parking and is a short walk from the Wellington station on the MBTA's Orange Line.

Field-Based Experiences

Well-designed and thoughtfully integrated field-based experiences help prepare candidates to become effective educators. They provide candidates with opportunities to integrate and demonstrate their understanding of pedagogy and subject matter knowledge, research, and best practices.

Field-based experiences encompass both the pre-practicum experiences and the practicum placement. Links to guidance and resources pertaining to each of these are provided below.
