The Department has moved to 135 Santilli Highway in Everett. The Department's office and Licensure Welcome Center are open. The new location has free parking and is a short walk from the Wellington station on the MBTA's Orange Line.

All LEAs will be required to submit an updated Special Education Program Plan Statements (SEPPS) for FY23 which must be approved before your FY23 IDEA grants can be approved.

If you have any questions regarding the Special Education Program Plan Statements (SEPPS), please see the Department's SEPPS webpage or contact the Office of Special Education Planning and Policy at specialeducation@doe.mass.edu .
