The Department has created a short (two-page) resource document that details the changes made to the New IEP Forms. The resource document "Changes to the IEP Forms Crosswalk" is on the Special Education- IEP Project Webpage. We hope this resource will be helpful to the IEP vendors and the school districts during the new IEP implementation.
