FY26 Title I Data Collection — Due June 30th in GEM$
The required Application Supplement for the FY26 Title I Data Collection is now available in GEM$, and the submission deadline is June 30, 2026. In accordance with federal Title I reporting requirements, all districts receiving Title I funds must submit this required data collection prior to DESE approving your FY27 ESSA grants.

Staff assigned the role of LEA Grantwriter for the ESSA Consolidated Grant Application can access and complete the Title I Data Collection Application Supplement in GEM$. Your district's User Access Administrator is responsible for assigning GEM$ roles and any role can be assigned to multiple people in the district.
