March 2013 MCAS Retest Results Schedule

The results of the March 2013 MCAS retest in English Language Arts (ELA) and/or Mathematics are scheduled to be available according to the dates in the table below.

April 12, 2013	student data file in .csv format available to schools and districts through DropBox Central at the Department's Security Portal at www4.doemass.org/auth/Login
April 16, 2013	student data file in .xls format available to schools and districts, and student roster reports in .pdf format available to schools, through DropBox Central at the Department's Security Portal at www4.doemass.org/auth/Login
April 19, 2013	student data available in the Department's Education Data Warehouse (EDW), housed in the new Edwin Analytics system, also at www4.doemass.org/auth/Login, for conducting further analyses of the data
May 6, 2013	Parent/Guardian Reports received by superintendents and directors of charter schools, approved private special education schools, educational collaboratives, institutional programs, and adult/external diploma programs via UPS
May 6, 2013	ELA Composition images available at the MCAS Service Center website at MCAS Service Center. To access this site, use the MCAS user name and password that were mailed to you in early January 2013.

The Department's Security Portal is password protected. If you need assistance accessing data on the Security Portal, please speak with the Directory Administrator in your district. A list of Directory Administrators by district is available at www.doe.mass.edu/infoservices/data/diradmin/list.aspx.
