Brief Description of Services
Compass Rose Education Consultants provides relevant and specific consulting services and professional development programs designed to meet the complex needs of contemporary middle, secondary, and post-secondary teachers, administrators, and their students. Our team is committed to offering unique, meaningful, and enriching professional experiences for educators who are preparing their increasingly diverse students for future success in a rapidly evolving global economy. We specialize in offering supportive strategies in the following content areas: career/vocational technical education, curriculum and instruction, English language arts/literacy, instructional technology/digital literacy, leadership/administration, safe and supportive learning environments, and supervising practitioner education. Our co-directors have over 50 years of educational experience in middle, secondary, and post-secondary teaching, including correctional, vocational, and nontraditional settings. We understand that professional development should be integral rather than peripheral to what educators actually do, and we are dedicated to making professional development a rich and meaningful experience.
