Brief Description of Services
The Catch the Science Bug Foundation provides a course in Resilience Training that helps educators and students prepare for, adapt to, and manage stress. Participants are taught scientifically proven researched-based techniques developed by the Institute to HeartMath that help a person manage emotions to enable: (1) ehanced problem-solving, (2) increased learning capacity, (3) increased motor skills and body function, (4) positive interactions with others and (5) access to intuition. These techniques have been proven to be effective when utilized by children with ADHD and autism. When consistently applied, these techniques will help participants be productive and successful throughout their entire lives and help them develop a “growth mindset”- the understanding that any talent or skill can be grown through persistence, effort, a focus and by generating a pleasant feeling emotional state.
