Aligned to Advance Career Technical Education CTE's National Career Clusters® Framework , the Healthcare & Human Services cluster prepares students for careers that support the health, well-being, and personal care of individuals and communities. It spans areas such as dental, health, and medical assisting and personal care services.
Designated at the cluster level, Innovation Career Pathways (ICPs) are designed to expose students to a specific high-demand industry. Districts and schools build a sequence of coursework and career immersion experiences, such as an internship or a capstone project, with local employer partners. The following Scope and Sequence template is a planning tool for Innovation Career Pathways ICPs to map out a coherent 4-year progression of courses, content, and skilling in alignment with the Innovation Career Pathways ICP Criteria .
