The data provided below reflects final, full-time equivalent enrollment across the entire school year as reported by each charter school this spring.
FY26 Charter FTE and Tuition for charter schools includes the number of students at each charter school and the total dollars paid.
FY26 Charter Tuition Payments and Reimbursements for sending districts shows each district's total enrollment at all charter schools; the local tuition assessed (including facilities); and the Commonwealth's reimbursement to districts for facilities tuition and increases in tuition.
FY26 Rates By Charter School and Sending District is a comprehensive and sortable list of FTEs, data related to net school spending (NSS) caps, and tuition rates for each charter school by sending district.
FY26 Charter School Student Rosters for each charter school and sending district are available to download from the Charter School Roster and Claim Form application.
The charter school tuition rate has three components. The facilities component is set by the legislature at $1,188 per pupil. The details for the other two components are provided below.

FY26 Net School Spending Percentage Above Foundation Budget is a spreadsheet that provides the calculation used to determine the percentage of net school spending above foundation budget that is added to each sending district's tuition. Deductions for retired teacher's health insurance and out-of-district special education costs are shown in detail.
