The memo announces the annual adjustments to the reimbursement rates for meals served in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) effective July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. These adjustments, as determined by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) address changes in the Consumer Price Index.

The new maximum monthly administrative payments to sponsoring organizations for day care homes for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025 are determined by multiplying the number of day care homes by the applicable rate listed below:

  1. Initial 50 homes by $147.00 per home.
  2. Next 150 homes by $112.00 per home.
  3. Next 800 homes by $87.00 per home.
  4. Additional homes by $77.00 per home.
