Monthly Deadlines

• Claims for Reimbursement must be submitted no later than 60 days following the last day of the full month.

• United States Department of Agriculture USDA Foods Brown Box Orders must be delivered to your district within 30 days of arriving at your appointed warehouse.

*Direct Certification must be run a minimum of three times per year. The October 2026 reimbursement claim will be withheld if Direct Certification has not been conducted through the Virtual Gateway.
