State Annual Reporting (SAR)

The Massachusetts State Annual Report (SAR) is collected pursuant to the regulations for Educator Licensure and Preparation Program Approval (603 CMR 7.00).

Filing the SAR

1. Survey links and log-in information will be shared via email with each organizations' designated contacts in February. 
2. Organizations complete the survey by April.
3. The State Annual Report (SAR) covers program information from the most recent full school year: September 1 – August 31.
