Edwin FAQ
E1. Edwin navigation is not working properly (e.g., the Edwin Analytics menu is blank)
Make sure you are using one of the approved browsers. Web Browser Configuration
for more information on browsers.
If while logged into Edwin you have not clicked on anything for 15–30 minutes or more, your session may have timed out due to inactivity. Try clicking the refresh button in your browser. If your session was timed out, you will return to the security portal log in page. Reenter your information and click login and you will be returned to your Edwin session.
E2. When I click on a folder I see "There's nothing in this folder."
You will only see the names of Edwin reports that you can run based on your security role(s). If you are seeing this message, you do not have the security roles needed to see reports housed in those folders. See the Security Roles
document for more information.
E3. I cannot read the report names.
There are two views in Edwin: Tiles or List. Folder and report names may be cut off when using the tile view. To change the view, click on "Tiles" in top right to see your option of changing the view.
