Notice of Public Comment on the Massachusetts Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B Annual State Application

The Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (Department) is soliciting public comment on the State Application for IDEA Part B funds for the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2025 (State Fiscal Year 2026).

We will retain the information on our website for 60 calendar days beginning on March 21, 2025. We solicit and accept public comment for the first 30 calendar days of this posting.

Comments on the proposed application may be submitted by email to specialeducation@doe.mass.edu with the subject line: IDEA Annual State Application or they may be mailed to:
