Phase 2: Align Systems Resources

In this phase of the PfS process, districts or schools align their systems to their multi-year improvement plan in order to ensure that the plan is driving decision making throughout the system. As communities engage in this work, they:

Connect Educator Evaluation goals and School Improvement Plans to the District Plan
Leverage budget, grants, and resources in support of the District Plan
Build community commitment to the District Plan
