Purpose:
The purpose of this grant will be to administer the Adult Education and Family Literacy Services grants to Community Adult Learning Centers (CALCs, fund code 340/345/359) and Adult Education in Correctional Institutions (AECI, fund code 285/563), including service options for Education (IELCE), and Outstationing, Consistent with Public Law 113-128, Sections 201 through 243, across 16 workforce development areas for CALCs, and statewide for Adult Education in Correctional Institutions (AECI).
